Puerto Rico - Day 6

Our last day in Puerto Rico!  Today we drove to Cueva Ventana, or the Window Cave, to do some hiking.  We loved those awesome hard hats!  After a dark, bat filled, walk through this very cool cave, we started to see some natural light.  As we rounded the corner, we were met with a gorgeous view of the "window," which is followed by a sheer drop.  The view was so beautiful, and without little kids to worry about falling off the cliff, I was actually quite brave.  We went through a second cave, too, where we had to climb up a rope to get out.  Can you see the "face of Christ" in the rock picture?  After we left the caves, we drove to Old San Juan for dinner.  We ate mallorcas at a little cafe, and we did a little shopping and walked by the old forts.  We almost skipped Old San Juan, but I'm so glad we didn't.  It was really pretty, and fun to see a different part of Puerto Rico.  We left early the next morning for home, and I snapped a few pictures of our room before we left.  It was a wonderful week, and was the perfect combination of relaxation, sight seeing, and adventuring.  We called this trip our early anniversary trip, and I wouldn't have wanted to be there with anybody else.  Thanks to my amazing mom for making this trip possible, by staying in Texas with the kids.  They had the best time!  :)
