Halloween this year was pretty weak! In the first place, it was on a weeknight. And in the second place, it sure seems like a lot of work. Maybe next year I'll get back in the spirit. But for this year, I was slacker-mom for sure! Case in point - I forgot to buy pumpkins! So thankfully Ella went to a birthday/Halloween party on Saturday, and she came home with a painted pumpkin. So Ruby decorated the back of Ella's pumpkin. Sad! They thought it was pretty funny. We had Mummy Dogs for dinner, and then got the kids decked out and ready for trick-or-treating. The girls were excited to meet up with their friends to trick-or-treat through the neighborhood, Tyler was headed to a Halloween party with his friends, and poor Spencer...he was off to his Monday night tutoring!
