Another summer, another trip to Idaho! We went up there a little earlier this year, so that we would be there when Masen returned home from his mission. The long awaited day! It was just as exciting as we'd hoped. The earlier trip time also meant that we had a few rainy and cooler days, which we were perfectly happy about. We did all our usual activities - Wahooz, Roaring Springs, Rollerdrome, Eagle Island, Boise Hawks, bowling, Settler's Park, Discovery Center (we caved!), and GNO/BNO - and we also added a few new fun additions - hiking to Table Rock, Fast Lanes, a bike race, pottery painting, and camping and rappelling with Kyle. Grandma, Susan, and Jerry came up from St. George, and it was great to spend time with all of them. Tyler got a terrible bout of poison ivy (it just wouldn't be a trip to Idaho without a visit to Urgent Care!), and we also had a couple of uninvited visitors in the pool. Yuck! It was an awesome two weeks, and we've already booked our next trip back!
