We found snow again this Thanksgiving! We booked tickets to fly up to Idaho for Thanksgiving way back in August, when we were assuming that Bryan would be flying for Delta for Thanksgiving. As the date grew nearer, it was looking more and more like that wouldn't be happening! Since Bryan wasn't able to take any leave, he bought himself a ticket to fly up for about 36 hours - just in time for Thanksgiving dinner, and his birthday. The kids and I had a great time the whole week, playing on/in the icy swimming pool, mauling Bennett, ice skating at The Village, going to Dart Warz, and making pillowcases with all the cousins. Our Thanksgiving feast was wonderful, and we packed up afterward to head to Pine, Idaho to spend one night in a cabin up there. That's where we found plenty of snow for sledding and playing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time up there. It was another great Thanksgiving in Idaho!
