GNO/BNO

We were lucky enough to have Mary and Kyle come up to Idaho for 9 days of our visit.  The kids LOVED spending time with them, and they were definitely the cool aunt and uncle.  The day that they arrived, we immediately separated them by dragging them out to our annual Girl's Night Out and Boy's Night Out.  Bear in mind that Mary has ditched us for this event in past years, due to making plans with a boyfriend, so it was quite a treat for us all to make the cut this year!  Ahhh, she's growing up.  :)  Anyway, I'm steering way off topic...  Back to Girl's Night Out.  We started with a trip to "2 B a Kid," where the little girls were treated to haircuts, hair styles, glitter spray, and nails painted.  The rest of us just watched and took pictures!  We filled up the place, I assure you!  The girls all chose matching haircuts this year, so they looked just adorable in their post-cut pictures.  After we left the salon, we took the girls to Claires where they had $5 to spend on some adorable trinket or make-up.  Ella chose a cute pair of fake glasses (she'd been wanting a pair), Ruby chose a zebra print wallet, and Aubrey chose make-up.  It was a very hard decision for all of them!  Then we headed out to our fancy dinner.  We went to Ling N' Louie's to eat, and had a great meal (despite Carson showing up with Brian, to pick up Charlotte, and yacking all over the restaurant floor).  It was a great night!!  I should mention that the boys also had a great time with their cousins, uncles, and grandpa.  They went to hit a bucket of balls, went to Big Judd's Burgers (where Masen competed in, and succeeded in, the Big Judd's Challenge - 1 pound burger, 1 pound of fries, and a 1 pound drink...he's the new hero to the boys!!), then to Chris' house for a movie and ice-cream sundaes.  Masen chose to pass on the sundaes!! I have no pictures to document their night, but they had a great time as well!
