Every year during the month of December, the 2nd grade puts on an Economics Fair at our school. The 2nd graders must produce a product, price it, and then sell it. It really is a great way for them to learn about supply and demand, making a profit, and money! I want to complain about this project, though, because who needs another major project in December??? Don't they know that the moms do most of the work?? But it is so much fun for the kids, and just look at little Ella selling those scarves!! And with Ruby as her sidekick, too. So cute. :)
