Cupcake Wars and Escape Room

The kids really wanted to do another Cupcake Wars this year, so while the big kids (minus Catlin) went to an escape room, we hosted the 2nd annual Cupcake Wars.  The theme of this year's competition was "The Cruise."  The list of secret ingredients were all from the theme of the cruise ship's famous all-you-can-eat-buffet.  The teams were Ruby, Carson, and Charlotte, and then Ella, Aubrey, and Catlin.  Seemed a little uneven, but they insisted!  The did a great job, and all earned a wonderful award.  Everybody's a winner!  Haha.  The big kids managed to make it out of the escape room with a whole 30 seconds to spare.  But they beat the room that many had failed to beat.  Impressive.
