On the last day that our neighborhood pool was open, we thought we'd better try for one last swim. The weather was still quite warm, but since it had been cooling off at night, the water temperature was much colder than could ever coax me in! As we're getting ready to head down to the pool, Spencer remembered seeing Bryan's old wet suit in our closet. He thought this would be a perfect time to use it! Now, if any of you know Spencer, he does not get talked out of these crazy ideas of his. Even with a friend over, he was not deterred. We tried to tell him the wet suit was too big for him, to which his reply was, "It fits perfect!" We tried to tell him it was out of style, to which his reply was, "It's awesome!" So off we went! Walking down to the pool, in a full up wet suit, proudly waving to the staring onlookers. We had a nice little swim, and Spencer learned that a baggy 1980's wet suit isn't going to keep him from getting cold on a cold, Fall swim. The other kids didn't mind the cold water at all, though, and they all had a great last swim!

LOVE the wetsuit Spencer! (Still better than a garbage bag!) One question I have though, is why in the world do you still have the 1980's wetsuit!??
